Product Consultant - Credit Card Sales - Arab Speakers

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential high‑net‑worth clients, understand their financial needs and tailor credit card solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth needs analysis for clients and recommend the most suitable credit card products based on spending habits and lifestyle.
• Effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and rewards programs of various credit card offerings to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach within the Arabic‑speaking community.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Male / Female candidates welcome.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Proven track record in Credit Card Sales in the UAE.
• Must provide 6 months bank statement showing incentives.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Prefer candidates from international banks or top local conventional banks.
