*** COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR/MLRO - ABU DHABI
*** We have been mandated by a leading digital asset custodian to identify an experienced AML professional to join their team in the ADGM in Abu Dhabi.
Working as the regulated MLRO, the successful candidate will:
- Implement and maintain the AML framework
- Advise on CTF/Sanctions/Fraud/ABC issues
- Act as the Data Protection Officer
- Analyse conflicts and develop policies
- Analyse the commercial impact of new rules and regulations
- Ensure the timely submission of regulatory returns
You will have a minimum of 7 years' financial crime experience gained within the UAE coupled with experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space.
