Responsibilities

• Key finance business partner who supports the annual budgeting process, monthly financial and key metric reporting, and variance analysis
• Assist with management reporting for executives, operations, and corporate. Prepares supporting presentations for executives and board of director reporting
• Summarize key metrics into easily understood formats that give decision makers a clear understanding of the financial/key metrics impact to the business. This includes building visuals/reporting in Microsoft Power BI
• Collaborate with members of Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Hyperion and Operations teams for process improvements and delivering appropriate analyses, reports and solutions for management reporting
• Communicate financials to non‑financial business partners
• Provide insight and analysis on complex financial and operational metrics
• Constantly look for process efficiencies and improvements to ease reporting and provide our business partners accurate, quality and timely financial reporting
• Document reporting processes, reporting and define key metrics
• Special projects as assigned by supervisor, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Chief Financial Officer and/or others
• Perform other duties as needed

• Master's degree preferred in Economics or related field

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Background in statistics
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be adept at working within a team environment
