RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, Core Banking Systems.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
