Position: Senior Disclosure & Compliance Analyst (Listing & IFRS)
  • Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
Disclosure and Compliance Operations
  • Verify the compliance of listed companies with IFRS to maintain listings’ integrity at ADX.
  • Support the execution of suspension activities in case listed company is found to be non-compliant with SCA and ADX rules and regulations.
  • Enhance investor satisfaction with disclosure and governance quality delivered by ADX.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Compliance Departments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and legislation.
  • Interact with listed companies during the process of requesting documentation required for the verification of financial compliance.
  • Execute suspension activities where listed companies are found to be non-compliant with SCA and ADX rules and regulations.
  • Monitor all the interactions with listed companies involving the verification and disclosure of financial compliance and ensure effective processing of the same.
  • Distribute necessary information to other departments as a part of the financial disclosure process.
  • Ensure timely processing of financial statements of listed companies on the ADX website.
  • Continually scan the market, media and company information to ensure adherence to applicable rules, regulations and standards
  • Monitor all matters related to extensible business reporting language XBRL.
  • Ensure timely processing of financial statements of listed companies on the ADX website by providing necessary information to the Business Development department and Corporate Affairs department for auctioning.
  • Review disclosed financial reports from listed companies as per SCA requirements, highlight any discrepancies pertaining to financial disclosures and ensure correct documentation is received for Audit purposes.
  • Archive financial disclosure information and ensure necessary retrieval as and when required.
  • Support listed companies to improve sharing info with the market through improving IR practices.
Listing Operations
  • Execute and take responsibility for the daily listing operations, ensuring efficient processing of new listings and accurate dissemination of information in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Drive the collaborative efforts with the Finance & Shared Services department to enable timely updating of listing information and financial statements on the Group website in a timely and accurate manner to enhance transparency.
  • Participate in meetings with potential companies, providing detailed support and guidance to navigate them through the listing process so they are fully prepared and informed for successful market entry.
  • Drive the coordination with the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Division and collaborating with Legal Counsel to navigate regulatory matters, contributing to compliance across all Disclosure and Compliance , thereby maintaining ADX's integrity and safeguarding its operations.
  • Monitor and report on the Disclosure and Compliance team’s compliance activities, including tracking suspension activities, to validate regulatory adherence.
Innovation and Market Development
  • Provide recommendations for the development of new products and services to drive innovation and market growth.
  • Refining existing offerings and incorporating new ideas, enhancing ADX's market adaptability, and fostering innovation that aligns with evolving market trends and stakeholder expectations.
Risk and Business Continuity Management
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and internal policies, including updates to regulations, and implement necessary changes to trading control procedures.
