Financial Operations

• Ensure integrity of financial operations of the business.
• Will undertake the auctioning and processing of transactions between accounts.
• Produce reports verifying information and reconciling balances.
• Review various accounting functions including accounts management, revenue accounting, and collection monitoring.

• Supervises back‑office transactions, gathering client requirements from the customer service and marketing departments.
• Follow up with brokers and check client accounts for each transaction.
• Prepare regular reports to support daily trading transactions.
• Ensure regularity of transactions and provide regular reports and confirmations to clients of the Company.

• Supervises all documentation received from Customer Care Officers and Broker Representatives and ensures adequate controls are in place to identify and prevent insider trading.

• Reviews management information reports summarizing daily transactions and formulates commission to be invoiced on each account.
• Develops periodic reports, financial plans and client reviews to be submitted to the Head of Finance and Operations for review.
• Monitors credit transactions vis‑a‑vis approved limits and submits reports accordingly to management.

• Assists the Head of Finance and Operations to develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) and business performance management mechanisms for the organization.

• Provides technical assistance to the department and other departments such as conducting research on listed securities, managed funds, market conditions, and government regulations.

• Prepares payments for settlement dues and computes daily net broker position for submission to Executive Management.
• Assists the Head of Finance and Operations in ensuring all settlement obligations are paid as and when required.
• Deals with brokers to obtain required approvals and arrangements regarding trading limits, increases or deviations.

• Effectively interacts with all internal departments, Customer Care Team, Brokerage and Branch Offices.
• Possesses a BSc in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA.

• Five years of finance, administration, and back‑office transactions experience in the same industry.
• Financial and stock market trading business knowledge.
• High-level understanding of back‑office requirements in the same industry.
• High-level communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good analytical, judgmental, and interpretative skills.
