We have an urgent requirement for Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno Functional Consultant (Senior & Junior) in Banking Domain for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Senior Consultant- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle FLEXCUBE product capabilities.
- Configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, FX, CASA.
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go‑Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops.
- Assist in configuring and implementing FLEXCUBE modules (Loans, Deposits, CASA, Trade Finance, Securities, FX, Money Market).
- Provide technical support during UAT and issue resolution.
- Work on PL/SQL development, batch processing, reports, and customization frameworks.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot UAT issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate as an active team player in project delivery.
- Senior:
- Deep expertise in FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, FX, Securities, Money Market, Limits & Collateral).
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL, data migration, reconciliation.
- Banking domain knowledge:
Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Credit & Lending, Securities lifecycle, Regulatory compliance.
- Junior:
- Hands‑on experience in FLEXCUBE Core modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance).
- Oracle PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, XML/XSD, SOAP & REST APIs.
- UNIX/Linux scripting, Java-based FLEXCUBE integrations (preferred).
- Banking domain knowledge:
Corporate Banking, CASA, Loans & Deposits, Trade Finance operations.
- Experience with FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS) latest versions.
- Exposure to Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, AML, Treasury integrations.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Corporate Banking implementation/support experience.
- Treasury and Capital Markets exposure.
