Associate Relationship Manager; Emirati - Banking Industry

A leading bank in the UAE is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team in Abu Dhabi.

Job specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, Major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in financial institution, relationship management or a similar role
• Strong business acumen and an extensive network of connections that can help drive business growth for our bank
• Proven track of record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, credit risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications or qualification in banking or finance is a plus.
