Role Overview
Translate complex business needs for wealth management products into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams. Analyze existing wealth management systems and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across product management, sales, operations, and technology to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that solutions meet business requirements for wealth products.
- Write clear, structured, testable requirements.
- Perform backlog management and support agile delivery.
- Strong IT Business Analysis experience in banking & wealth products.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools.
- Experience with core banking, wealth platforms, or system integrations.
- Experience in implementing Finnova and/or Incore Sobaco.
- Experience with Swiss or EU private banking implementations.
