Graduate Officer – Wholesale Banking Group - Emirati Talent

Job Purpose:

The Graduate Officer will support the Wholesale Banking team in managing corporate client relationships, assisting with banking operations, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and business growth in the wholesale banking segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting day-to-day corporate banking operations including account management, transaction processing, and client onboarding.
• Support relationship managers in handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining client documentation.
• Assist in conducting market and financial research to support business development initiatives.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to client accounts and banking products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of banking services to corporate clients.
• Participate in projects focused on process improvements, risk management, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Stay informed on industry trends, corporate banking products, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Other Skills:

• Basic understanding of banking operations, corporate finance, or business processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, research tools, and banking software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
