AAA Global is seeking a senior MLRO and Compliance Officer for a leadership role in the UAE. This dual-hatted position combines MLRO duties with compliance oversight to own the firm’s regulatory framework.
You will work closely with senior leadership and regulators to ensure robust financial crime controls and regulatory alignment. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in regulated financial services, deep ADGM FSRA knowledge, and experience with broker/dealer, fintech, or crypto environments.
