About our client

We are working with a leading global fund that has top-talent from across the world.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management within the business, delivering objective, data-driven insights and advice on portfolio construction and financial performance
• Partner with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading deal planning and execution support, financial due diligence processes, financial analysis, risk assessment, financial modelling, and valuation
• Deliver expertise in corporate finance beyond M&A, including providing senior advisory and execution support in capital structure optimisation and debt financing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, partner organisations, investors, and industry professionals

• Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in finance or business administration; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• Experience in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on complex transactions
• Deep expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and legal aspects of transactions
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, capital markets, and portfolio performance analysis
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; proven ability to influence investment teams
• Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and sound business judgement
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
