Senior Treasury and Liquidity Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to support Bybit’s continued expansion across global markets and digital financial services.

In this role, you will manage asset processing operations across fiat and crypto asset classes, optimize liquidity flows, improve capital efficiency, and ensure operational stability across global business lines.

You will work at the intersection of treasury management, liquidity optimization, and risk control. You will drive liquidity strategies, manage relationships with financial partners, oversee settlement processes, and implement risk mitigation frameworks to protect margins and minimize volatility.

Treasury Operations and Liquidity Management

• Manage treasury positions, liquidity allocation, and asset processing activities across fiat and crypto assets.
• Monitor currency exposure, liquidity flows, and operational performance to ensure efficiency.
• Support smooth processing of fiat currency and crypto fund movements.
• Optimize liquidity strategies to improve profitability and capital efficiency.

Liquidity Strategy and Partner Management

• Develop and manage fiat-crypto liquidity strategies across internal systems and external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, banking partners, and financial institutions.
• Evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and pricing.
• Support best-quote mechanisms and liquidity optimization initiatives.

Payment and Infrastructure Operations

• Support the launch of new payment channels and liquidity routes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Improve settlement processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Support scalable treasury infrastructure development.
• Develop and implement risk controls to minimize financial exposure and P&L volatility.
• Monitor market conditions, FX movements, and liquidity risks.
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement of treasury risk frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, payments, banking, fintech, trading, or financial markets.
• Experience with liquidity management, asset processing, or financial operations.
• Experience working with fiat and crypto assets is highly preferred.
• Experience with liquidity providers, payment providers, banking partners, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, market risk, and financial controls.
• Knowledge of crypto markets, stable coins, or digital assets is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
• Professional English is required, additional language would be a plus
