Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, and internal company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxation, and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop financial strategies that support business growth and improve profitability.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

• Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
• Arab National is preferred.
• Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA preferred)
