A leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Analyst – Performance to join its team in Musaffah, UAE. This role is designed for professionals with expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, performance reporting, and operational analytics within the Oil & Gas Offshore Logistics or International Shipping Logistics industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business planning, financial performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
As an Analyst – Performance, you will collaborate with finance and operational teams to manage budgets, analyze business performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop management reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities- Lead annual budgeting and business planning activities aligned with operational requirements and corporate objectives.
- Validate monthly accruals with the Finance team and monitor budget utilization.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.
- Review KPI scorecards and verify data accuracy before submission to corporate stakeholders.
- Conduct operational and financial analysis covering utilization, service delivery, operational volumes, and cost performance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support management decision-making.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPI performance, identify performance trends, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial budgeting, cost accrual reporting, financial analysis, and performance management.
- Mandatory:
Experience with in the Oil & Gas Offshore Logistics or International Shipping Logistics industry.
