Associate Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) UAE Nationals

We are currently partnering with a reputable international bank in Abu Dhabi to recruit an Associate Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Identify business opportunities and support portfolio growth.
• Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, annual credit reviews and credit limit assessments.
• Prepare credit proposals and support relationship management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and high-quality service.
• Support post-sales activities, including covenant monitoring, documentation, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Investment Banking and other business units, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or a similar role within a financial institution.
• Good understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Professional banking or finance certifications are an advantage.
