Job Title:Finance Manager.
Location:Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the company's daily financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and internal control systems.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support profitable business decisions.
- Work closely with senior management on financial planning and strategic business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain regular communication with bankers and account managers to ensure the company's financial requirements are effectively supported.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Strengthen financial processes and controls to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting function.
- Proven professional experience in a senior finance and accounting position.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- CPA or ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial operations within the engineering, technology, or contracting sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to financial accuracy and compliance.
