Executive Assistant; Real Estate

We are hiring an Operations Manager who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategicinvestment opportunities outside the UAE. This role involves conductingin-depth market research, developing comprehensive business plans, and formulating strategic initiatives to attract and secure investments frominternational investors.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate investment opportunities in international markets.
• Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory environments to assess the feasibility and attractiveness of investment projects.
• Evaluate potential risks and opportunitiesassociated with international real estate investments.
• Identify booming communities with high growth potential and investment returns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and secure investments from international investors.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with keyinternational investors, including institutional investors, private equityfirms, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Create compelling investment proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of investment opportunities.
• Determine target nationalities based on investment trends, economic factors, and cultural affinity.

• Develop detailed business plans for potentialinvestment projects, including financial projections, sensitivityanalyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive costforecasts, revenue projections, and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
• Monitor and track the financial performance ofinvestments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, legal, and development teams.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such asinternational investors, financial institutions, and real estateconsultants.
• Represent the company at international conferences, industry events, and investor meetings.

• Manage the due diligence process for potentialinvestment opportunities, ensuring all relevant information is gatheredand analyzed.
• Negotiate and structure investment agreements,working closely with legal counsel to protect the company's interests.
• Oversee the execution of investment transactions,ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) totrack the progress and success of investment initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management,providing updates on investment performance, market trends, and future opportunities.
• Analyze investment performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic adjustments.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment, strategic planning, or a related field, with a focus on international markets.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing,evaluating, and executing real estate investment transactions.
• Deep understanding of global real estate markets, including market dynamics, investment trends, and regulatoryenvironments.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex financial projections and investment analyses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with international investors and other key stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuringskills, with experience in negotiating complex investment agreements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market isan advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Another language will be a plus.
