- Oversee the full financial management function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAEregulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets,forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit,and other statutory requirements in the UAE.
- Supervise and guide the finance teamin day-to-day operations.
- Establish, implement, and maintainrobust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Provide financial insights andstrategic support to senior management and project teams.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management,or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of internationaland UAE financial standards and regulations.
- Proven expertise in budgeting,forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational,and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and proactive approach to financial management.
