Bybit is seeking a senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead the compliance and financial crime function across its ADGM-licensed entities. This combined role covers both Compliance Officer and MLRO responsibilities for market infrastructure operations, requiring deep knowledge of FSRA rules and AML obligations.
You will design and oversee policies, monitor risk, liaise with regulators, and empower teams with practical controls while building scalable programs in a fast-moving crypto environment.
