The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial planning, management reporting, business performance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial governance. The role translates complex financial and operational data into clear insights through dashboards, variance analysis, Power BI reporting, and automation tools. It also supports business partnering, cost allocation reviews, KPI tracking, and month-end reporting to improve decision-making, transparency, and financial performance.
Responsibilities- Prepare executive management reports, dashboards, performance packs, and variance analysis.
- Support consolidation of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow across entities.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated financial reports.
- Integrate data from ERP, Excel, and other systems into reliable datasets.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, commentary, and analysis.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity visibility, treasury activities, and banking documentation.
- Partner with finance teams, budget owners, and business stakeholders on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocations.
- Contribute to KPI frameworks, performance management dashboards, and data-driven reporting.
- Support month-end close, reporting governance, timeline adherence, and consistency across FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Business Partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, confidentiality standards, and health and safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance.
- Hands-on Power BI reporting experience, including data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong technical skills in data standardization, automation, and financial analysis.
- Experience translating financial data into clear business insights.
- Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CMA.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree in Finance or Business, BSc in Applied Accounting, 7+ years in FP&A/financial analysis, healthcare or multi-entity group experience, and experience with Oracle EBM, consolidation, or planning systems
