Location:

Abu Dhabi (office) — group scope covering the RAK entity and Indonesia

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Reconcile Indonesian PSAK reporting to group IFRS, documenting GAAP differences
• Manage month-end and year-end close across both entities
• Primary contact for external auditors in both jurisdictions

• Maintain Qualifying Free Zone Person status under UAE Corporate Tax Law
• Classify revenue as Qualifying vs. Non-Qualifying Income, with documented reasoning
• Monitor the de minimis threshold and flag any risk of breach before it materialises
• Evidence and maintain adequate substance
• Prepare and file UAE corporate tax returns; manage VAT compliance

• Act as internal counterpart to our external transfer pricing advisor: supply the data, review the methodology, and challenge it where operational reality diverges from the assumptions
• Own the underlying intercompany data — cost allocations, management fee bases, transaction flows
• Implement the agreed policy in the books and ensure actual bookings match the documented position
• Maintain intercompany agreements so they reflect what is genuinely happening between entities
• Manage tax authority information requests in both jurisdictions

• Multi-currency accounting: AED, IDR, USD, EUR
• Intercompany reconciliation and settlement
• Cash flow forecasting across entities
• Support banking relationships, trade finance, and letters of credit

• 10–12+ years in accounting, with substantial international trade exposure
• ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Demonstrated IFRS expertise — preparation and consolidation, not familiarity
• Hands-on UAE free zone experience, including the Corporate Tax regime and Qualifying Income analysis
• Working transfer pricing knowledge sufficient to brief and challenge external advisors, and to ensure the ledger reflects the documented policy
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
