Thndr is seeking a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead regulatory and financial crime compliance in the UAE. You will be the primary liaison with regulators and work with the Board and SEO to manage regulatory risk, bringing deep expertise in UAE frameworks and AML/KYC processes.
The role requires experience in a regulated industry, knowledge of FSRA/DFSA, and a proactive leadership style to guide policies, risk programs, and reporting to the Board.
