Lead-Corporate Credit; UAE National

Lead the assessment of creditworthiness for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies are implemented Develop and implement sophisticated credit policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and the company s risk appetite Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring timely accurate credit decisions Conduct in-depth financial analysis of corporate entities including cash flow projections balance sheet analysis and industry benchmarking Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Master's degree or professional qualification is preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of banking or financial services experience, with at least 5 years in corporate credit analysis, credit risk management, or credit approval functions.

Strong knowledge of corporate credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and risk management practices.

Sound understanding of UAE banking regulations and credit risk management principles.

Experience evaluating corporate and commercial lending facilities across multiple sectors.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluency in English;
Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, Credit Certification, or equivalent.

Experience with in UAE or GCC banking institutions.

Exposure to credit committee processes and delegated lending authorities.

Experience in portfolio monitoring, sector analysis, and problem credit identification.

Familiarity with credit risk rating systems and credit risk modeling tools.

Proven track record in managing complex corporate credit transactions.

As required by Bank policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
