Head of Finance – Executive Leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on business and financial strategy.
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Drive revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow and working-capital performance.
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic business cases.
- Manage financial performance across multiple entities, brands and locations.
- Evaluate CAPEX, investments, expansion opportunities and capital allocation.
- Support M&A, due diligence, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and funding requirements.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, risk, audit and tax compliance.
- Drive ERP, finance automation, analytics and digital transformation.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance function.
- Provide clear financial and commercial recommendations to the CEO, Board and shareholders.
Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Current/recent experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Deputy CFO or equivalent.
- CA / ACCA / CPA – mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
- Top-tier MBA / Executive MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with CEO, Board or shareholders.
- Strong multi-entity / multi-site / multi-brand P&L experience.
- UAE/GCC or international market exposure preferred.
- Experience with M&A, investment evaluation, restructuring or transformation is advantageous.
- Strong executive presence, commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
