About the JobWe have an exciting opportunity for a Hostess to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. A hostess sets the tone for the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well‑cared from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is often preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Respond to customer inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and other services.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and tidy.
- Support wait staff and other team members as needed, especially during busy periods.
