Skills Needed: Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall Management: Oversee the daily operations of the palace, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and luxury.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, security personnel, and other support staff. Ensure all team members perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service. Coordinate and manage all aspects of guest stays, including accommodations, dining, activities, and any special requests.
  • Event Planning: Plan and oversee events and functions hosted at the palace, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail. Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and oversee the budget for palace operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the palace, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations. Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
  • Security: Ensure the safety and security of the palace, its residents, and guests. Work closely with security personnel to implement and maintain effective security measures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of household supplies, furnishings, and equipment. Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of items as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and cultural practices.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the household owner on the status of operations, financials, and any significant issues or improvements.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in online purchasing.
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: A deep understanding and respect for Saudi Arabian culture and customs.
