Overview
The Authors is a growing hospitality management company committed to delivering refined guest experiences and operational excellence across our properties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly professional and experienced Front Desk Associate with a strong hotel background to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, service-oriented, and experienced in handling high guest volumes within structured hotel environments.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and care.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Work on rotational shifts to provide 24/7 front desk coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
- Support other Front Desk or operational tasks as needed to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Associate in hotels (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (based on experience).
