Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

As a Front Office Agent, you are responsible for handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You act as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and general hotel information. The role focuses on ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering a warm, professional, and efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
About You
  • Positive personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and guest empathy.
  • Attention to detail, especially with guest preferences and follow-up.
  • Calm, composed, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions points.
  • 2-3 years’ hotel experience in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
