Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a high school diploma or hospitality degree, combined with at least 2 years of verifiable front office experience in a premium ultra-luxury hotel environment.
• Strict requirement for advanced proficiency in operating Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera Cloud without needing basic training.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional English fluency and high emotional intelligence to handle high-stress VIP guest disputes and complex VIP itineraries.

• Execute flawless check-in and check-out procedures for international diplomats and high-net-worth guests, ensuring all passport scans comply strictly with Abu Dhabi CID regulations.
• Curate highly personalized local experiences and coordinate seamless luxury transport, anticipating unexpressed guest needs in alignment with Forbes 5-Star standards.
• De-escalate immediate guest complaints regarding suite conditions or service delays, coordinating directly with housekeeping and engineering to fix issues instantly.
