Guest Services Host (Telephone Operator)
Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, AE – Abu Dhabi
SummaryYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Host is responsible to assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, executive floor, communication center or concierge.
QualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Arabic speaker will be more preferred.
