Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operations of the beach, sports, and leisure facilities.
* Create memorable guest experiences by engaging proactively with guests.
* Assist in leading, motivating, and training the beach and leisure team.
* Support the implementation of initiatives to increase guest engagement.
* Oversee equipment inventory, activity scheduling, and cash-handling procedures.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally.## Requirements
* Strong background in guest service and outdoor leisure operations.
* Fluency in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
* Experience working with beach clubs, water sports, pools, or leisure activities.
* Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
