• Greet and engage guests warmly, providing attentive and professional service in both Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and make personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders while adhering to service standards.
• Handle guest requests and feedback courteously, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
• Manage billing and payment procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations as per IHG standards.
• Assist in setup, breakdown, and reset of tables and service areas.
• Represent Inter Continental's premium service ethos with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
• Excellent presentation, grooming, and professional conduct.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service procedures.
• Physically fit and able to handle high-paced environments.
