Job Description
We are hiring an Internal Auditor for a fast-growing Food & Beverage business with multiple kitchens, catering operations and outlets. The role focuses on operational and F&B audits, ensuring controls across kitchen operations, inventory and cost management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audits across kitchens, outlets and catering operations
- Review food cost, inventory and stock movement
- Perform stock audits and variance analysis
- Evaluate SOP compliance across F&B operations
- Identify gaps in cost control and operational efficiency
- Work closely with operations teams to improve processes
- Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
- 3–8 years of experience in internal audit or operations audit
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, catering, or the F&B industry
- Strong understanding of inventory control, food cost/cost control, kitchen or outlet operations
- Good analytical and reporting skills
