THETEAM
As part of the Rooms Division you will lead the Front Office team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, working closely with the Director of Rooms and partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering and other key departments. You will oversee a dynamic team across Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where associates feel empowered to deliver exceptional personalized service.
YOURROLE
As Front Office Manager you are at the heart of the guest journey. You will lead the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, welcoming and memorable. This role plays a key part in shaping first and lasting impressions, balancing service excellence with operational efficiency. Through your leadership you will inspire your team to anticipate guest needs, elevate service standards and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the hotel.
HOWYOU LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead daily Front Office operations ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and overall service flow.
- Champion a guest‑centric approach, resolving concerns with care and creating memorable experiences.
- Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver consistent high‑quality service.
- Drive service excellence by maintaining brand standards and enhancing the guest experience.
- Monitor business levels, occupancy and revenue performance to support operational success.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a Front Office role within a luxury hotel.
- Lead with confidence and empathy, creating a positive and motivating team environment.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Stay calm under pressure and make thoughtful decisions in fast‑paced situations.
- Have a natural attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Be comfortable working with hotel systems and understand Front Office operations.
