F&B Manager – Catering & Kitchen Operations

Are you a passionate and results-driven Food & Beverage professional with strong experience in Catering Operations and Central Kitchen Management? We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead and oversee our food production, catering services, operational excellence, quality standards, and team performance across multiple business units.

• Manage daily F&B operations, including Catering and Central Kitchen activities.
• Ensure efficient food production, quality control, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and service excellence standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen, production, and service teams.
• Manage inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, municipality regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

• ​Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B Operations, Catering, and Central Kitchen Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience managing high-volume food production and catering operations.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational decision‑making abilities.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
