Concierge

We are in need of a friendly and efficient Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check‑in process.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services offered.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Assist with luggage handling as needed.
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be detail‑oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Free visa and ticket provided.

Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
