Job Responsibilities
Carry out general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, window cleaning and waste disposal to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the household.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, guest rooms and en suites, replenishing toiletries, towels and supplies as required.
Perform regular deep‑cleaning tasks such as wardrobes, ovens behind appliances, upholstery and carpets on a scheduled basis.
Ensure rooms are prepared to the employer’s standards for daily use, visitors and special occasions, including bed‑making and turndown service where required.
Manage routine laundry tasks including washing, drying, ironing, steaming, folding and organising household linen and clothing to the household’s standards.
Identify fabrics and apply appropriate care methods, perform minor repairs or arrange specialist cleaning when necessary.
Maintain inventory of linens and laundering supplies and inform the employer when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in professional housekeeping, private household or similar domestic role.
- Knowledge of fabric care, cleaning products and equipment; experience with laundry tasks is desirable.
- Good command of English for day-to-day communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Right to work documentation and relevant background checks as required by the employer.
