Key Responsibilities
* Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and departure.
* Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
* Ensure the entrance area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
* Coordinate with bell services and valet to facilitate smooth guest transitions.
* Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, enhancing the guest experience.
* Handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and courtesy.## Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly and welcoming personality with a strong service orientation.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
