As a Guest Environment Expert, you will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience. Your role includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other housekeeping duties as required.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.

• Deliver guest requests accurately and promptly.

• Stock and maintain cleaning carts and supplies.

• Clean rooms, lobbies, corridors, and public areas.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Uphold quality standards, confidentiality, and a professional appearance.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

• Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
