LUMAIN is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Hygiene Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning operations, maintain service quality standards, and supervise field teams across client locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, staff training, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily field supervision and quality inspections at client sites
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and assign daily operational duties
- Train cleaning technicians on SOPs, hygiene standards, customer service, and hospitality etiquette
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professional behavior at client locations
- Monitor team performance and provide on-site coaching and support
- Handle client requests, complaints, and service escalations professionally
- Deliver a hospitality-focused customer experience during all client interactions
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, PPE, and workplace safety standards
- Monitor cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and material handling procedures
- Conduct pre-deployment checks for equipment, uniforms, and supplies
- Maintain daily operational reports, attendance, and inspection records
- Coordinate with management regarding operational updates and client feedback
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision, hygiene, hospitality, or facility management
- Previous supervisory experience managing cleaning or housekeeping teams
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, hygiene protocols, and safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to professionally manage VIP clients and customer interactions
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
