Catering Chef & Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Chef & Manager to lead and manage large-scale catering operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior, hands‑on role requiring strong culinary expertise, operational leadership, and excellent client‑facing skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of independently managing on‑site catering events while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee end‑to‑end catering operations, from planning to execution
• Manage on‑site catering events independently, ensuring high service and food standards
• Lead menu execution and coordinate kitchen and service teams during events
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Build, train, and manage the catering team to support operational needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Support the growth and development of the catering business through operational excellence

• Reports directly to Senior Culinary Leadership

• Proven experience in managing and executing large‑scale catering events
• Strong leadership background with the ability to build, train, and lead a catering team
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in menu execution, operational planning, and event logistics
• Excellent client‑facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
• Experience supporting business growth and catering operations expansion
