Lifestyle Manager – HNWI, Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Manager to support a high-net-worth principal in Abu Dhabi. This is a highly discreet, fast-paced and service-driven role requiring absolute professionalism and a background in ultra-luxury hospitality and private support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver seamless lifestyle and concierge support to the principal
- Manage travel, dining, leisure and lifestyle arrangements at the highest level
- Coordinate private events, VIP visits and formal entertaining
- Oversee inventories, purchasing controls and household lifestyle systems
- Train and guide support staff to ultra-luxury service standards
- Maintain professional, refined and discreet communication at all times
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Travel with the principal as required
- Previous experience within a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel or resort in the UAE (Front Office, Butler or Guest Relations) is mandatory
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is essential
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Additional language(s) required:
European, CIS, Balkan, or Afrikaans - Immaculate personal presentation with an elegant and polished appearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and anticipatory service mindset
- Proven experience in luxury travel arrangements (hotels, flights, private bookings), restaurant reservations and VIP experiences, sourcing items and handling bespoke lifestyle requests
- Highly discreet, adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Flexible to travel with the principal when required
- Strong understanding of luxury etiquette and high-end service standards
- Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in the UAE
