Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professional to organize and direct a team that develops top‑quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

• Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and within staffing guide limits.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance and initiate internal development and promotions.
• Ensure timely setup of the outlet per meal settings and opening hours.
• Handle guest welcome and seating with the hostess.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with patrons.
• Establish and update the outlet’s database of regular guests.
• Tour the outlet and related areas frequently, ensuring highest cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Be actively involved in outlet promotional activities.

• College or university degree graduate.
• Minimum two years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
• Computer literate and effective communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
