Overview
Build upon classroom studies through Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program. Interns learn first‑hand about hotel operations and gain hands‑on experience in various departments, preparing them for careers after graduation.
Responsibilities- Participate in departmental tasks and projects to support daily hotel operations.
- Apply and demonstrate the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, ensuring gracious and thoughtful service to guests.
- Observe and learn Marriott’s culture and business practices.
- Current college or university student.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn.
