An opportunity has risen at Mamsha Beach for Attendant , Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the beach area by ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all facilities and equipment. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless and enjoyable guest experience by assisting with setup, maintenance, and guest service on the beach.

• Set up and arrange beach facilities, including sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas according to standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area throughout the day.
• Assist guests with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and general beach requirements.
• Monitor beach areas and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all beach equipment is in good condition and properly maintained.
• Support lifeguards by ensuring safety guidelines and rules are followed by guests.
• Assist with guest requests and provide basic information about beach facilities and services.
• Collect and return used towels, ensuring proper handling and inventory control.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for beach events, activities, and special functions.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a beach, recreation, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in hot weather conditions and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
