Job Overview

Full‑time, on‑site Hostess at Rosewood Hotel Group, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position offers career growth within a luxury hospitality environment.

You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Team Leader to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth, escort them to their tables, and create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to deliver personalised and attentive service.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and hostess station at all times.
• Support the team by monitoring service standards and stepping in to ensure consistency when needed.
• In the absence of the Manager or Team Leader, take ownership of the restaurant operation, ensuring standards are upheld at all times.

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or upscale restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of creating positive guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues when needed.
• Confidence in handling guest requests and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
