Job Requirement
To oversee front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and support the spa team by providing leadership, training, and guidance while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct general receptionist duties, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure the reception area, associated equipment, and work spaces are clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Ensure all guest bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
- Monitor guest preferences and feedback to personalize service and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new team members, ensuring they understand all reception procedures, spa standards, and service expectations.
- Act as a role model, leading by example in professionalism, guest service, and teamwork.
- Actively motivate and support the team to upsell spa treatments and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Assist in scheduling and rostering to ensure optimal coverage and smooth operations.
- Handle the billing system accurately, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring financial performance, providing reports, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Support inventory management for spa retail products, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Complete all assignments as required by the Director of Spa within the given deadlines.
- Respond to changes in a positive manner and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures, particularly regarding fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
- Uphold high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance as per company guidelines.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across the departments.
- Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related
Work Experience:
2 years related work experience in luxury brands.
