Front Office Shift Leader – Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown Job Description
- Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us
- Coaching & Training the Team members
- Responsible for performing the services assigned to his/her shift in the best and most appropriate manner
- Supervise and support of the Front Office team
- Handling any guest complaints
- Direct daily front office operations
- Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems
- Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management
- A warm, friendly personality and a passion for hospitality
- Supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality
- Confidence to manage shifts and work independently
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- A calm, organized approach under pressure
- Excellent communication with both guests and the team
