Kids Club Attendant

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kids Club Attendant to join a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a fun-loving and engaging individual who enjoys working closely with children while delivering a safe, interactive, and memorable experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.

• Supervise and engage children in recreational, educational, and interactive activities
• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times
• Plan and organize creative games, events, and entertainment programs with the support of management team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club facilities
• Monitor children’s behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
• Provide excellent guest interaction with both children and parents
• Assist in daily operations and support special events or themed activities
• Report any incidents or concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, childcare, or recreational environments is preferred
• Passionate about working with children with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Energetic, creative, and fun-loving approach to guest engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
